Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant semiconductor engineering roles
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with proven success applying engineering knowledge to develop scalable solutions deployable across all Micron sites
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred
