Staff Engineer GFAC South Asia - Chemical

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to lead chemical system design for construction projects and provide technical support for facility chemical systems at all front and back end sites. The role involves providing critical support, leading chemical system design, and incorporating operational and maintenance into design for construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 8 years of Facilities Gas system engineering experience with minimum 4 years in semiconductor industry
• Excellent analytical and good decision making skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration with other groups, internally and externally
• Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups within and outside facilities
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead team to meet challenging deadlines and goals
• Proven ability to continuously improve systems and processes
• Ability to foster strong relationships from cross-functional and multi-cultural groups
• Exceptional customer focus
• Experience Desired: Lead or actively involved in global facility engineering efforts
