Develop, debug, and maintain code that enables the parallel testing of advanced memory devices. Constantly learn new device specifications and operations to develop efficient and innovative solutions for production test flows through test algorithm optimization.

Requirements

• Independency of development of new tests and test algorithms for HBM
• Test programs development for products using primarily Python and C coding on automated test equipment
• Debugging and identifying root causes on test issues and providing solutions
• Statistical data analysis, analytics and justification on program validation and its release
• Yield/quality evaluation and verification with global teams
• Support for internal and external groups on experiments designed to improve yield or capacity
