The Physical Therapist provides outpatient quality physical therapy within the patient's own home and acts as a liaison for physician practice to meet the therapy needs of patients.
Requirements
- One on one in home therapy for post-operative patients
- Devise and execute detailed treatment plans for post-operative patients
- Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance
- Provide education specific to diagnosis and symptom management needs
- Recognizes and responds to priorities in patient care showing initiative and sound judgment
- Demonstrates willingness to adapt to change in workload and assists with training/orienting others
- Stays abreast of and complies with all state and federal laws including HIPAA, ADA, OSHA, and FLSA
