BA/BS, MS preferred, current Illinois state PA or NP license, certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
Rehab Tech (Full-Time or Part-Time)
High school diploma required, previous rehab aide experience preferred
Occupational Therapist--Hand Fellowship Application
1+ year of experience in UE/Hand Therapy or a level 2 fieldwork placement in hands, current NBCOT certification, CPR certification
Rehab Tech (Part-Time)
High school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of equipment, excellent customer service skills, and ability to be compassionate towards patients
Office Coordinator, PT/OT Clinic (Float Team)
High school diploma or GED, front desk experience, excellent customer service, and proficient in Microsoft Office
Full/Part-time Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy in the Home--Munster, IN & IL South Suburbs
Bachelor's degree, 1+ year experience in outpatient setting, current state licenses and certifications
PRN Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy in the Home--Oak Park Region
Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of experience in outpatient setting, current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license, and CPR Certification
Manager of Accounting
4+ years of experience in public accounting or 5+ years in private accounting, CPA required
PRN Physical Therapist, Outpatient Therapy in the Home--Chicago/South Suburbs
Requires Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and minimum one-year experience in outpatient setting
