Senior AI Software Engineer

Mighty is building an AI-powered platform to help consumers navigate personal injury claims and get fair compensation. We're looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join our team in NYC and help build the intelligence that levels the playing field.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI
• Track record of shipping production software
• Clean, well-architected code
• Understanding of RAG, prompt chaining, and model evaluation
