Lead bartender

Mika, a Mediterranean restaurant by James Beard Award–winning Chef Michael White, is seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations and deliver an exceptional beverage experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Fine-dining or upscale-casual experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar operations
• Ability to lead calmly and efficiently during high-volume service
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
