Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Fine-dining or upscale-casual experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and bar operations
- Ability to lead calmly and efficiently during high-volume service
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
