Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the cosmetology industry
- Valid Instructor's license in the state
- Valid cosmetology license in the state
- Excellent technical skills in hair, makeup, skincare, and nail care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and the ability to inspire and motivate students
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with a diverse student population
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to changing curriculum needs and industry requirements
