Legal Counsel DACH & CEE

The Legal Counsel DACH & CEE will support Milence’s expansion across the DACH and Central & Eastern Europe regions by owning legal contracting processes, supporting complex commercial negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• qualified lawyer in Germany with a Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent)
• minimum 5 years’ experience as legal counsel at an international law firm or in an international company
• strong experience with international commercial contracts, including real estate, construction, or infrastructure-related agreements
• business level fluency in German and English languages with strong communication skills
