
Job description
Supervise, develop, and coach maintenance planners to ensure a productive workforce that supports all Maintenance Planning goals. Responsible for assigning, coordinating, and executing daily work activities to maintain a safe and reliable condition at the Clean Energy Center.
Supervise maintenance planners, review work packages for quality and readiness, verify work instructions, and prepare/revised work instructions as required. Interface with Work Management, Supply, and Engineering to identify and resolve work package issues.
Ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance planning, supervisory skills, and knowledge of Clean Energy Center procedures. Must be able to analyze and develop recommendations for improvement of the work planning process.
