Pine Mountain-Senior Machine Operator- Warper

Milliken & Company is seeking a Senior Machine Operator - Warper to operate warping equipment to prepare yarn beams for weaving. The role involves ensuring correct yarn tension, accurate threading, quality standards, and safe machine operation. The associate will monitor the warping process, perform routine adjustments, and maintain documentation in alignment with Milliken production, quality, and safety expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work a rotating shift of days and nights
• Manufacturing or textile experience preferred but not required
• Ability to read production instructions, quality specifications, and safety documents
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect quality issues
• Ability to follow instructions, production schedules, and safety processes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
