Process Engineer

Role Overview

Assess and set-up production infrastructure and production process flow. Manage NPI introduction process and production documentation management. Responsible for production training and providing detailed status reports.

What You Will Do

Calculate Task time and workforce requirements. Manage Change Order Management, production training, and safety and quality standards. Perform risk assessments and guide the completion of projects.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Strong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering
• Strong background in manufacturing processes, process improvement, and operational optimization
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred
