Java Technical Lead

We are looking to hire a Java Technical Lead for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification and minimum 4-5 years of experience in JAVA/JEE development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in JAVA/JEE development
• Experience in web services (REST/SOAP), Spring, JPA/Hibernate, XML
• Exposure in: Play Framework, SSO, LDAP, Oracle 11g, Cassandra, ELK, Linux, Bash Scripting
• Thorough knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Experience in enterprise-level open-source web development frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem solving and time-management skills
• Good written communication and public relations skills
• Building up and leading teams to the success of the organization
