Operations Analyst

Mindtech is looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Operations & Finance team. The role will focus on ensuring the execution, order, and continuous improvement of processes related to contracts, billing, reporting, operational automation, and data quality.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, revenue operations, sales operations, finance operations, or similar roles.
• Experience working with contracts, document follow-up, and debt control.
• HubSpot management for reports, dashboards, and data quality.
• Monday.com management for operational tracking and automations.
• Experience participating in billing and administrative control processes.
• Analytical, organized, and very detail-oriented profile.
• Good communication to interact with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel or Google Sheets management.
