Supporting senior leaders, excellent attention to detail, experience in communications or government services, strong relationship management skills, and a commitment to a positive culture

Experience in continuous improvement, project delivery, analysis, customer experience or service design is required. Strong facilitation and communication skills, stakeholder and customer focus, and ability to influence without formal authority are also necessary

Extensive experience in business analysis, ability to make connections, and experience working with senior leadership teams

Requires awareness of New Zealand Classification System, excellent communication skills, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills

Proven experience in complex project management, ability to translate technical requirements, self-management skills, and experience working with stakeholders

The role requires a strong conceptual thinker, problem solver, and communicator with excellent writing skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Proven governance and leadership experience, knowledge of public sector accountability, and exceptional relationship management skills

Thorough understanding of regulatory systems, strong knowledge of regulatory impact analysis, and experience working within government agencies

Significant experience in intelligence, expert strategic thinking, and ability to lead and train others
