Senior Advisor

MBIE is seeking a Senior Advisor to join their Leadership, Talent & Growth (LT&G) team, within People & Culture. The role will provide support to People & Culture and the wider business, contributing to leadership and talent experience, and delivering people-centred, leader-led LT&G projects aligned with MBIE's People Strategy.

Requirements

• In-depth organisational development expertise
• Proven experience in leading strategy and framework development and implementation
• Strong knowledge of organisational development trends and best practices
• Solid business acumen and understanding of organisational needs
• Advanced analytical, planning, prioritisation, and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to challenge constructively
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
