We are looking for a highly capable Senior Advisor, Contracts to join our Education Workforce group and help drive the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that support the education workforce.
Requirements
- Experience in complex organisations delivering services, programmes, or projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of Government Procurement Rules and best-practice procurement, contract administration, and contract lifecycle management.
- Proven analytical capability; able to interpret data, develop insights, and produce high-quality advice, briefs, and business cases.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical advice.
- Ability to identify and manage risks, ensuring quality outcomes and compliance.
- Experience working with diverse communities; knowledge of the education sector is an advantage.
- The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.
