Requirements

Experience in building relationships and influencing change to achieve outcomes
Ability to use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Strong engagement and communication skills
Ability to work as part of an integrated team delivering services to the education sector across a diverse range of settings
Strong understanding of and the ability to apply the principles of Te Tirirti o Waitangi and tangata whenuatanga
Ability to contribute to the regional goal for Māori achieving and enjoying educational success as Māori
Knowledge of te reo and tikanga Māori
Full current driver licence
Ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct
