Linux Device Driver, Opening in Chennai

Mirafra is looking for a Linux Device Driver with experience in middleware development for Wi-Fi, Android framework, and wpa supplicant. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of industry experience in real-time embedded telecom systems and proficiency in C, with good analytic and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Understanding and working knowledge of 802.11 b/g/n
• Prior experience in middleware development for Wi-Fi
• Experience with P2P technologies using Wi-Fi (e.g. Wi-Fi Direct)
• Worked with Android framework and wpa supplicant
• Familiar with GUI on Android
• Debugging skills to analyze and fix various interoperability issues
• 3-5 years of industry experience in real-time embedded telecom systems
• Proficiency in C, good analytic and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of real-time operating systems concepts, data structures and software development lifecycle
• Knowledge and experience in 802.11 wireless protocols
• MAC protocols implementation (preferably wireless MAC)
• Hands-on Linux Device driver development
