
Job description
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team in Seascale, providing administrative support to the Technologies Division Europe and Asia. The role is part-time, 31 hours per week, and involves supporting facilities, QHSE activities, and other tasks.
The Administrator will be responsible for arranging maintenance, travel, and training, as well as maintaining records, organizing despatch, and supporting marketing activities. They will also conduct internal audits, provide asset management support, and participate in ISO audit activities.
The ideal candidate will have NVQ administration or similar qualifications, experience in a similar role, and intermediate level MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint skills. They will be a team player with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, able to assess priorities and work on own initiative.
