We're looking for a People Operations Lead to join our Amsterdam hub. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of the People Operations team locally. You'll wear many hats — answering employee questions, supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring local compliance, and identifying opportunities to make our processes better each day using AI and automations.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of the labour laws and regulations in the Netherlands
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- 4+ years of experience in People Operations or People Service Delivery
- Track record of implementing AI, automation, or service delivery technologies
- Ability to work hybrid
- Experience in Workday and ticketing systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day operations while driving projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural differences and the ability to navigate these in a business context
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate intricate legal and operational requirements into simple, followable how-to guides
