6+ years of experience in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, digital collaboration, or similar fields, with experience supporting enterprise-scale teams through workflow, process, or tool adoption initiatives

5+ years of frontend experience, strong computer science fundamentals, and excellent communication skills

6+ years of HR experience with substantial exposure to EU employment frameworks, 5+ years of experience leading direct reports, Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

4+ years of backend engineering experience, strong experience with Python, Java or Kotlin, experience designing and maintaining scalable services

5-7 years of security experience, including 2+ years of threat detection/threat intelligence within SaaS environment, and proficiency in programming languages such as Python
