Job Description
Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Pharmacology to oversee the development and approval of their rare disease assets. This role will be a key member of the Clinical Pharmacology & Nonclinical Sciences group, focusing on defining strategy and executing studies/analyses through CROs to achieve team goals. Requirements
- BS in Biological Sciences with 7+ years experience or an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD) with 3+ years in clinical pharmacology
- Proficiency in PK, PBPK, popPK, PBPK, exposure-response, or PK/PD modeling is a plus
- Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology requirements and regulatory guidance
- Solid understanding of GCP compliance
- Experience authoring and supporting regulatory filings (IND, NDA, MAA)
- Experience coordinating studies through CROs
- Solid knowledge of GCP compliance
- Solid project management skills
