Head Chef position available at a high-profile private members club and all-day dining brasserie in SW London. The ideal candidate will have experience in a leading private members club or renowned Modern British volume brasserie/restaurant and bar environment.
Requirements
- Flexible and talented head chef with proven high-level head chef experience
- Ability to cater for all food aspects of the business
- Well-organized and used to working within the constraints of a smaller kitchen environment
- Mentor and create a positive working environment with existing team
- Supervising a team of 5 professional chefs
- Driving the operations of the kitchen to serve high volumes of customers
- Experience in costing, menu development, staff wage budgeting, supplier setup and liaison, and administrative duties
- Planning the logistics for events and functions
- Consistently developing and improving the outlets a la carte and events menu
- Producing high volumes of canapés
