Restaurant Assistant Manager/Supervisor - Chelsea - Straight shifts

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager/Supervisor for our independent Chelsea Brasserie in London. The successful candidate will have excellent floor presence, bar and cocktail knowledge, and a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. Requirements

• Minimum 12 months as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor in a comparable (Brasserie/Gastro style) business
• Previous bar and cocktail knowledge
• Experience in busy, fast-paced establishments
• Effective experience of training staff and setting high standards of service

Benefits

• Salary: £28k basic start salary + tips circa £30-32k per annum
• 40-45 hours per week (straight shifts, 2 days off)
