Restaurant Assistant Manager/Supervisor - Chelsea - Straight shifts

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager or Senior Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at a stylish independent Brasserie in Chelsea. The role involves leading a professional floor team, delivering high levels of service, and assisting with responsibilities such as stock control, financial management, and business marketing.

Requirements

• Min. 12 months as an Assistant Manager / Supervisor within a comparable (Brasserie / Gastro style) business
• Passion for delivering the highest customer service
• Good all round skill set – you will be very customer service focused and have real ability to deliver on the floor and well organized

Benefits

• £26k Basic Start Salary pa + tips circa £30k per annum
• Approx. 40/45 hours per week (straight shifts 2 days off)
