Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; professional certifications desirable.
- Significant experience leading marketing operations or delivery teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, external suppliers, and marketing service delivery.
- Experience improving workflows, traffic management, service models, and governance.
- Strong operational, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with practical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication, with high emotional intelligence and a big-picture focus.
