Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to design solutions that streamline operations, elevate member experiences, and drive meaningful enterprise change. As a trusted advisor, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives that support critical business processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration (with an IT focus), or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting the design, development, and implementation of systems or applications
- Strong experience writing business requirements, process maps, test scripts, and training materials
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
