Job Description
At Mistral AI, we are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Engineering Manager to join our team and drive the development of mission-critical systems powering our AI platform and products. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership to build high-impact scalable systems while growing and guiding a high-performing engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Golang
- Experience with building and leading high-performing teams
- Experience with working with cross-functional teams like product, design, business, etc.
- Experience with project management and planning
- Ownership and capacity to ship products end-to-end
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Low ego and team spirit mindset
- Autonomous and self-starter
