Senior Product Designer – Enterprise UX

Mitratech is a company that builds world-class products for Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Canada.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience in enterprise SaaS environments
• Expert understanding of UX processes and interaction design fundamentals
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to design for complex systems
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to real product decisions
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop
• Deep experience with design systems
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Proven ability to operate autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and drive outcomes in partnership with cross-functional teams
