Job Description

Requirements
- Operate and maintain web presses and all auxiliary equipment
- Guide crew to meet and exceed production standards
- Responsible for the ongoing training and development of team members
- Promote, enforce, and maintain safety and improve the operation
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
- Assist Supervisors in providing feedback for employee evaluations
