Position exists as a sales entry position with salary & capital unit incentives to develop product and sales experience to assist sales team.
Requirements
- Acquires the technical skill set on all products with an emphasis on capital goods
- Develops hands-on working knowledge of the basic operation of all CE, Major Instruments and Small Tools
- Develops firm understanding of the sales process for Capital Goods
- Participate in training in product and sales fundamentals as necessary
- Develop firm understanding of daily operations within the territory
- Develop an understanding of distributor operations and their role in the selling process
- Develop working knowledge of back-office support and resources
- Interface with end-users and distributors in moving the project through the sales process
- Coordinate events within the territory by the guidance of the Regional Manager
- Develop target lists of end-users for campaigns and contact points such as e-blasts and product announcements
