Mixpanel is seeking a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager to support the Revenue Strategy & Operations team in defining the strategy behind customer retention and account growth. The role requires 3+ years of experience at a top-tier Management or Strategy Consulting firm and 2+ years of operating experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy in a high-growth, fast-paced environment at a B2B SaaS organization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier Management or Strategy Consulting firm
- 2+ years of operating experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy in a high-growth, fast-paced environment at a B2B SaaS organization
- Experience defining and operationalizing GTM Strategy and proven experience driving impact on retention and expansion metrics (GRR, NRR, etc.)
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
- Track-record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute projects
- Highly motivated, innate intellectual curiosity, and a strong desire to drive impact
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
