Job Description
We are a real estate development company that focuses on creating affordable housing in Germany and Europe. As a Project Director, you will lead a team to develop and implement housing projects, with a focus on efficiency, economy, and speed.
Requirements
- Completed degree (Architecture, Building, Engineering) or comparable experience
- High performance, assertiveness, entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional problem-solving skills - with a clear focus on simplicity, speed and implementability
- Ability to quickly learn and prioritize, to meet the requirements of investors and companies
- Unconventional thinking and the ability to question established paths and boldly experiment with new methods in housing planning and construction
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking, high motivation and a strong desire to learn, grow and be successful
- Cost-consciousness is not a duty, but a competition - you love finishing projects below budget and before deadline
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Fundamental knowledge of MS Office, Excel, CAD and PDF
