Minimum 5 years experience with heavy plant and machinery, full driving license and company van, conversant with hydraulic and electrical schematics

4+ years of experience in a civils main contractor environment, HNC/HND or degree qualified, and Primavera P6 software experience

HNC or Degree, 4-5 years’ experience, commercial contractual knowledge

4+ years of experience in civil engineering, HNC/HND or degree qualified, Primavera P6 experience

HNC or Degree qualified, 5+ years experience in Quantity Surveying, strong team ethic

HNC or Degree qualified, 4-5 years' experience, and experience in Heavy Infrastructure, Rail, and/or Water Infrastructure projects

HNC or Degree qualified, Chartered status (desirable), 5+ years experience in Consultancy or Contractor Environment within Rail Sector

3-5 years of experience in a similar consultancy or contractor environment, RICS qualification (chartered quantity surveyor status)

Significant experience in planning roles, commercial acumen, and knowledge of Primavera Planning software required

5+ years experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail
