• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with proven results
• Motivating leadership, capable of acting quickly and coaching effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive, long-lasting relationships
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage priorities; able to develop talent to meet objectives
• Ability to inspire clients and clearly communicate product expertise
• Structured and inspiring trainer/coach
• Excellent communication and listening skills in both French and English (written and spoken)
