Role Overview

The Analyst, MHCV forecasting - Mobility role is part of the Medium and Heavy Commercial Vehicle (MHCV) forecasting team at S&P Global Mobility, with a focus on powertrain and components. The team helps clients understand the future of MHCV technology, alternative fuel adoption, engine outlooks, and the global regulatory landscape.

What You Will Do

You will support the execution of strategic objectives and contribute to research and forecasting activities, researching and analyzing market-specific powertrain production and sales, and communicating insights to clients through written analytical reports, forecast datasets, in-person meetings, and special consulting projects.

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or statistics
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• 3-4 years' experience in automotive planning, research or forecasting
• Attention to detail & initiative
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and interpret information
• Well-developed relationship building skills
