Security Manager EMEA - Mobility

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead physical security operations across one of our global regions: Americas, EMEA, or APAC. This role is responsible for protecting employees, facilities, and assets while ensuring security programs align with business objectives, regional risk profiles, and global standards.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute regional security strategies, identify and mitigate physical security risks, lead and manage regional security teams and vendors, ensure incident preparedness and emergency response, and promote a strong culture of security awareness and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or related roles
• Experience managing multi-site or regional security operations
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, incident management, and investigations
• Proven ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures at scale
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Willingness to travel regionally and respond during emergencies
