HR Partner for finance

We are seeking an HR Partner for Finance to provide HR support to business areas within the Functional division, collaborating with the Recruitment team and ensuring timely implementation of employment actions with legal compliance.

Requirements

• College or University degree
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner and/or a HR Generalist role
• Good knowledge of the Hungarian labor law
• Driving license
• Comfortably using MS Office applications
• SAP is a strong advantage
• Experience with trade unions and collective contract is a plus
