Job Description
Estimator position responsible for reading, interpreting, and analyzing project documents to prepare accurate estimates and generate customer proposals.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil Engineering, Drafting
- 1-3 years' experience estimating in precast/pre-stressed industry (preferred)
- General knowledge of construction and precast concrete products
- Ability to read general plans/construction documents
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and keep organized multiple, concurrent bid projects
