
Job description
The Field Marketing Engineer in the Agriculture segment is technically responsible for developing the market of agriculture portfolio, supporting demand generation among active and potential clients through visits, field and laboratory demonstrations, training, in-person and online presentations, and participation in industry trade shows and field events.
Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations (field and laboratory), training sessions, presentations (in-person and virtual), and participation in industry fairs and events. Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications.
Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities. Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts (NPCs).
