Job Description
This is an on call/as needed non-benefited position. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse I/II, you will provide medical treatment, crisis intervention, and rehabilitation services to individuals with mental illness. You will also serve as a member of the treatment team, provide training and support to clients, and maintain medical records.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician program
- At least one year of full-time paid human services experience
- Current registration with the State of California as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician or Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Current First Aid Certification
- Certification in writing 5150 holds
- Effective utilization of computer technology for communication and information tracking
