Job Description
Provides direct mental health and/or drug and alcohol services to patients in outpatient services, including individual, family, and group therapy. Conducts initial assessments, formulates and implements individualized treatment plans, and provides advocacy for patients. Travels to off-site locations as needed to provide treatment services.
Requirements
- Master degree in social science/human service field
- Valid PA driver's license and meet MYCS insurance standards of an acceptable driver
- Act 33/34, FBI Clearances
