Lead, Developer Relations

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate to join its Developer Relations team. This role focuses on empowering developers to effectively utilize MongoDB technology, particularly with Atlas, in order to improve enterprise applications. The position involves leading development teams, delivering content, and connecting with customers globally. It’s a distributed team working primarily remotely with developers in the UK and Europe.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing and developer-centric roles
• At least 3 years of experience in consulting with development teams
• Proficiency with at least one of the popular programming languages (Java, Python, Javascript, C#, Rust, PHP)
• Experience in creating effective developer-focused code and content
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel within the UK, Europe and India / Asia
• Strong English language proficiency
