Production Supervisor - (2nd Shift)

Monogram Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production line workers at their Harlan, IA facility. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate effective initiative
• Strong computer skills including Outlook
• Ability to look up standard Excel documents
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
