What You Will Do

Design and develop AI agents, implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation models, fine-tune open-source models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate AI into existing systems, stay updated on AI trends, troubleshoot and optimize AI systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing PHD or MS in Machine Learning and AI, computer science or related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, R
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Experience with RAG models and open-source AI tools
• Familiarity with CAD software and design principles is a plus

• Hourly pay range: $45/hr - $65/hr
