Applications Engineer

Role Overview

Join Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. as an Application Engineer to work with Design Engineers and customers in developing power management IC's and systems level solutions. This role involves providing technical support, managing joint development programs, and discovering new customer opportunities.

What You Will Do

Provide technical support to customers and sales channels, manage joint development programs, discover new customer opportunities, and communicate with HQ for new product promotion activities.

Requirements

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in analog power management electronics or design and testing
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
• Fluent communication skill (oral/written) in local language
• Oral / written proficiency in the English language
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal team and customers
• Willingness to travel to support customer sites as needed
• Self-starter, self-motivated
• Ability to operate under minimum supervision
