Service Technician

Monroe Tractor is a well-known and respected construction equipment and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience servicing the northeastern US. We're looking for a Service Technician to perform maintenance services, including repairs for diesel-run equipment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in heavy construction equipment or agriculture equipment is preferred
• Strong independent work ethic but also able to work collaboratively with a team
• Excellent customer service skills; a builder of relationships
• Clear and concise communications
• A strong sense of urgency, focusing on time
• Computer skills
• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record is required
• Ability to independently lift between 50-75 pounds
