Job Description
Monster Energy is seeking a Field Sales Representative to energize and amplify bottler relationships, turning each interaction into a powerhouse of potential. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, and preferably experience in the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) field.
Requirements
- Train Bottler Sales Representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions
- Sell at retail (outlet level) aligned against quarterly strategic initiatives
- Complete comprehension and utilization of all Monster Energy Company tools (CRM) and capabilities
- Participate in business unit crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings
