Inventory Supervisor 1st Shift

Requirements

• Overseeing all Warehouse Inventory Control Processes and maintaining accurate records per company policies
• Leading and assisting with the physical count process and inventory reconciliation
• Analyzing Inventory information to determine trends and processes impacting inventory control, and communicating findings
• Training and leading personnel, evaluating processes striving for continuous improvements
• Communicating identified process improvements with warehouse management, operations, and other departments
• Engaging and developing teammates through effective on-the-job coaching and training
